Job Overview


The Associate Financial Analyst will initially be responsible for the analysis, reporting, administration, and maintenance of our sales compensation plans.

Leveraging collaborative relationships across departments, the analyst will enhance data integrity and report results to accounting, sales, and leadership.

Growth opportunities include larger reporting responsibilities across sales, partnerships, and finance, affording a deep understanding of the business and the ability to deliver enterprise value.

This is a hybrid role, with a regular in-office presence at our downtown office 2+ days per week.


What you'll bring to the table: (Responsibilities)

  • Collaborate with external teams across data science, Salesforce, and sales operations to timely resolve any data integrity issues and effectively administer the compensation plans
  • Log and enter all manual entries into Incent to ensure accurate monthly commissions calculate before the system closes for the month
  • Report the monthly commission accrual to Accounting by the third business day
  • Supply the final commission figures to Payroll before the monthly payroll deadline
  • Review and answer questions timely from the various Sales Teams regarding their monthly results
  • Analyze existing and develop new reporting tools to evaluate plan performance
  • Implement continuous process improvements to streamline monthly processes
  • Assist in future compensation plan design, implementation, and rollout.

Do you have the right mix of ingredients: (Requirements)

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or finance required
  • 1+ years of working or equivalent internship experience required
  • Outstanding people skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problemsolving skills
