    Looking for a new role within a school district? ProCare Therapy is excited to partner with a fantastic school district in Colorado Springs, CO, seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join their team for the current school year!

    Special Education Teacher Job Description:

    • Develop and implement personalized education plans (IEPs) based on each student's unique needs and abilities.
    • Deliver instruction and assistance to students with different disabilities, adjusting teaching techniques and materials as needed to cater to diverse learning styles.
    • Work closely with parents, fellow teachers, and support staff to establish a nurturing learning environment and ensure students excel academically and socially.
    • Regularly evaluate student progress, track their growth, and modify teaching strategies as necessary to promote optimal learning results.
