Project Manager/Delivery Lead

The project manager/delivery lead will oversee the delivery of a call order task to develop workforce intermediary tool kits, technical assistance in deploying the tool kit strategies, and performance management.

The successful applicant will have seven (7) years of general project management experience and at least one (1) year if experience with sector-based, intermediary-led workforce development programs, workforce partnerships and their administrative structures.

Responsibilities

Oversee the development of Workforce Intermediary Tool Kits.
Tool Kit presentations that include intermediary-based workforce strategy for choosing a workforce intermediary.
Develop Memorandum of Understanding between Grant Awardees and Workforce Intermediary.

Workforce Intermediary tool kit providing an administrative structure for Workforce Intermediaries to work with Workforce Partners such as community colleges, K-12 schools, trade associations, labor unions, universities, etc.

Technical Assistance in deploying tools kits.
Oversee the development of performance management capabilities to include visualization techniques, and reporting structures.
Project progress reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with concentration in Human Resource Management or related field.
7 Years of PM Experience.
PMP Certification preferred, but not required.
1 year of experience with sector-based, intermediary-led workforce development and workforce partnerships and their administrative structures.
