In this role you will, manage the change management (CM) project managers and analysts supporting sandbox and learning lab, CM operations, and CM strategy teams.

You will provide oversight of change management activities, metrics and effectiveness and works closely with the Vendor and federal client to drive execution of change management strategy.

You'll collaborate with end-user engagement and adoption (EUEA) teams, including integrated analytics, end-user engagement communications, and training to ensure the end-user adoption expertise is aligned to enterprise change management strategy.

You Have:


  • 10+ years of experience with change management
  • Experience with managing Information Technologyrelated projects
  • Experience with life cycle and project management methodologies
  • Experience with tracking costs, schedule, and performance progress
  • Ability to lead a team of consultants
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Public Trust
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, or Business
  • Prosci Change Management Certification

Nice If You Have:


  • Experience with executing and measuring large change initiatives using the Prosci methodology
  • Experience with creating decks, talking points, roadmaps, and project plans for executivelevel leaders
  • Experience with implementing electronic health records
  • Experience with supporting the federal government
  • Experience with clinical consulting

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD).

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
