THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Support and Tools - Change Management - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Gather data and ensure accurate analysis and reporting to define the change management strategy and execution framework for the enterprise.
- Integrate change management methods into initiatives, programs, projects, product, production systems, and capability delivery.
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of change initiatives including engagement (communication), learning (training), and measurement of the pace and effectiveness of change (metrics).
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify key stakeholders, and coordinate dedicated resources in support for change execution and delivery.
Qualifications Minimum Required Experiences**- 4 years of change management experience in an enterprise setting.
- 4 years of experience in IT Service Management.
- 4 years of experience supporting technical and executive stakeholders.
- Experience developing and building roadmaps and documenting change artifacts.
- Experience leading and coordinating crossfunctional change meetings.
- Experience advising stakeholders in alignment with ITIL best practices.
- Experience training departmental change coordinators.
- Strong ability in communicating project timelines and statuses
Desired Experiences
- Experience supporting technical incident management and subsequent process improvements.
- Experience supporting technical teams.
- ITIL Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree
