- Driving profitable growth through analysis andengagement with both operational and sales teams, support of compensation plandesign and special incentives.
- Ownership of local price book, perform dealreviews and price approvals.
- Supporting Surgical Therapies management withfinancial analysis, identification of opportunities and mitigation of risks toachieve business targets.
- Driving and implementing financial solutions forcustomers.
- Managing the budget planning, forecast andclosing processes and interact with many layers of the organization includinginternational team members.
- Surgical Therapies Business Line Profit & Lossresponsibility plus reporting and KPI monitoring; ensure full integrity ofbooks and records.
- Driving process improvements and digitalizationinitiatives for efficiencies.
- BS/BA Degree in Finance, BusinessAdministration, or applicable degree. Advanced Degree Preferred.
- 10 plus years of Finance/Business Administrationexperience and current knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, experience in managing Profit& Loss of a business is a plus.
