- The main function of the position is to support the XP operational business activities by ensuring profitable operational solutions are defined and implemented to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
- Evaluate and document workflow environment within XP. Develop and propose process improvements in XP operations
- Effectively interface with multiple business areas for process definition and effective process improvement
- Act as an XP business process resource
- Identify, create and maintain tools and templates needed to standardize and optimize processes

- 8+ years Healthcare experience in order management, project management, operations/logistics
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (outlook, Word, Excel, MS Teams, PowerPoint)
- Execute assigned tasks and activities with high efficiency and quality
- Excellent communication skills; able to build relationships with key decision makers from multiple business areas in a highly matrixed organization.
- Resilient attitude, coachability and demonstrated consistency in performance
- Excellent knowledge and implementation of program and project management methodology and techniques
- Ability to perform with only general instruction on new assignments with minimal direction
- Experience with SAP Required skills to have for the success of this role:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 8 years Healthcare experience in order management, project management, operations/logistics
