Responsibilities:

Support the development and implementation of innovative business strategies using Haskell that align with Freudenberg Technology Innovation's (FTI) overall objectives
Facilitate the seamless integration of the latest Haskell innovations into products and business solutions
Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and new Haskell technologies to identify opportunities for innovation
Evaluate potential risks and barriers associated with Haskell initiatives and develop mitigation plans for successful implementation
Collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of Haskell innovation and ensure smooth implementation of new ideas
Independently develop and implement Haskellbased marketing and communication strategies in line with FTI's objectives
Assist clients in brainstorming, developing, and implementing new Haskell approaches

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, economics, innovation management, or a related field with a strong understanding of Haskell
Proven experience in a strategic or innovationfocused role using Haskell
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a track record of turning Haskell ideas into actionable plans
