    Some Examples Of Current And Future Projects That The Team Has Been Involved In Include

    Website – Building the website and rolling out a new CMS for marketing partners.
    Leasing Application – Building a seamless single page application for applying to lease a home.

    Prospect Dashboard – Building a single page application for prospect interactions such as saving a favorite home and viewing property self-shows.

    Billing & Payment – Enabling residents to make fee and rent payments.


    We're looking for a dynamic technical Engineering Manager who likes to be at the forefront of building a culture of collaboration and team performance.

    What You'll Do

    People Management

    Cultivate a healthy, collaborative engineering culture that's in line with our values.
    Grow and inspire a team of engineers through a combination of hiring, coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development.

    Building Things

    Design, develop, and deploy solutions with focus on quality, flexibility, and maintainability.
    Collaborate with a variety of teams across Engineering.
    Create efficient and reliable developer workflows.
    Formulate technical recommendations including tools, platforms, architectures, etc

    Strategy/Planning

    Work closely with Product Owners and Delivery in an agile environment to identify, scope, and drive high value projects.
    Decompose projects into a deliverable roadmap.
    Measure and evaluate features and system metrics to continuously improve user experience and service performance.

    Who We're Looking For

    Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, or equivalent work experience
    5+ years of professional development experience, and 2+ years of recent experience managing an engineering team.
    Experience working in agile development environment.
    Deep understanding of software and development engineering principles and concepts
    Deep technical skills in JavaScript, Typescript, , AWS
    Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
    Exhibit sound judgment and swift decision-making skills
    Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    Ability to collaborate and build consensus with others.
    Knowledgeable about system design, data structures and algorithms
    Experience working with distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications.
    Love of technology; actively seeks continuing education of current and emerging technologies.

    Salary Range

    $118, $205,920.00
