    Description

    Our client, a contemporary fashion brand, is hiring an Associate Planner - Outlet to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule. Candidates should have relevant industry experience.

    Job Duties Include:

    • Leverage performance data to develop and execute allocation strategies
    • Manage in-season stock models ensuring accuracy
    • Analyze size selling to influence allocation and purchasing decisions
    • Ensure inventory levels are met by communicating with stores effectively
    • Oversee weekly selling, shipping, and replenishment reports
    • Optimize inventory productivity by recommending transfers and consolidations
    • Review stock levels by door, style, and size on a weekly basis
    • Monitor inbound-to-warehouse receipts, collaborating with cross-functional teams for timely decisions.
    • Respond to store feedback on a regular basis
    • Ensure alignment of inventory strategy with sales forecasts during the SAS period
    • Collaborate closely with buying team, incorporating store feedback into size planning as appropriate

    Job Qualifications Include:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 2+ years of buying and/or planning experience
    • Strong understanding of retail math
    • Demonstrated logical analysis and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate and/or advanced skills a plus)

    Salary: $75k annually
