- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the onboarding process and ensure seamless implementation of services.
- Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they effectively utilize our services and achieve their business goals.
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and sharing feedback with internal teams to drive product and service improvements.
- Manage and resolve client escalations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
