Description

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct product training sessions for clients to increase product adoption and usage.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and work towards expanding the business relationship.
  • Monitor customer health metrics to proactively address any potential risks.
  • Create and deliver regular reports on customer success metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in HVAC sales, door to door sales, or Solar Sales (not a must)
  • Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
