Customer Success Sales Manager - Houston, United States - AlphaStaffing
Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and escalations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct product training sessions for clients to increase product adoption and usage.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and work towards expanding the business relationship.
- Monitor customer health metrics to proactively address any potential risks.
- Create and deliver regular reports on customer success metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC sales, door to door sales, or Solar Sales (not a must)
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
