FPO Marketing is a leading marketing and advertising firm dedicated to creating impactful retail experiences. We are currently seeking a talented Sr. Account Executive to join our team and contribute to the success of our retail-focused campaigns.
As a Sr. Account Executive at FPO Marketing, you will be responsible for day-to-day workflow for the client and/or project. Developing and executing shopper-centric marketing strategies that drive consumer engagement and boost sales in the retail environment. This role requires a deep understanding of shopper behavior, retail trends, and the ability to create compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Some of your key responsibilities would include:
· Day-to-Day Workflow: Keeps apprised of project workflow through production/traffic managers; Client Meetings & Briefings; Oversees execution of approved programs; Assists in preparing invoices by reviewing billing, proposals, estimates, etc.; Checks and approves creative/production materials, copy, layouts and production art and coordinates client approval.
· Shopper Insights: Utilize data and research to gain insights into shopper behavior, preferences, and decision-making processes. Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for strategic shopper engagement.
· Campaign Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop shopper marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and brand identity. Create compelling and innovative in-store activations, promotions, and point-of-sale materials.
· Client/Retail Partnership: Build and nurture relationships with our client and retail partners to enhance collaboration and maximize marketing opportunities within their spaces. Work closely with our clients and retailers to optimize product placement, displays, and merchandising strategies.
· Cross-Channel Integration: Ensure seamless integration of shopper marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategies across various channels while collaborating with digital, social media and traditional marketing teams to create holistic campaigns.
· Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and measure the performance of shopper marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs; provide detailed analysis and insights while making recommendations for future optimizations.
A qualified candidate should have the following:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or similar field
· 3 or more years of proven experience as a Sr Account Executive
· Shopper marketing, retail marketing or a related role are a huge plus
· Strong understanding of consumer behavior in a retail setting
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Experience in collaborating with clients and retail partners, implementing joint marketing initiatives.
· Familiarity with retail analytics tools/platforms
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
