    Digital Marketing Manager - Content, Social Media, and SEO

    We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in creating impactful content, formulating robust social media growth strategies, leading a digital marketing team, managing the company's website, and implementing effective SEO strategies.


    Position Overview:
    As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our digital marketing initiatives.

    Your expertise in content creation, social media growth, team leadership, website management, and SEO optimization will be critical to enhancing our online presence and driving business success.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Content Creation:
    Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's brand and marketing objectives.


    Creating (and guiding team in creation of) compelling and high-quality content for various digital platforms, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and the company website.


    Social Media Strategy and Growth:


    Devise and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth through various social media pages including Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram.

    Stay abreast of social media trends and leverage emerging platforms to maintain an effective social media presence.


    Team Management:
    Lead, manage and grow an efficient digital marketing team.

    Provide guidance and performance feedback to team members including reviewing the quality, accuracy and timeliness of their work.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital strategies into broader marketing initiatives.


    Website Management:
    Oversee the management and optimization of the company's website.

    Collaborate with IT and design teams to ensure the website reflects industry best practices and user experience standards.

    Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search performance.


    SEO Management:
    Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance the company's online visibility and search engine rankings.

    Conduct regular SEO audits and implement optimizations to improve website performance.

    Stay informed about search engine algorithms and industry best practices.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


    Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on content creation, social media strategy, team management, website management, and SEO.

    Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and SEO optimization.

    Strong leadership and team management skills.

    In-depth knowledge of content creation tools, content marketing, social media platforms, and SEO best practices.

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Proficiency in English content writing with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and engage with diverse audiences.
