    Role Overview

    Thiess is looking for an ambitious marketing manager to join our team to spearhead marketing strategies for the Americas.

    The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the company's market presence, enhancing engagement, and ultimately contributing to revenue growth.

    In this role you will focus on creating, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our marketing campaigns across various channels, deliver brand awareness for clients and recruitment, among many other marketing tasks.

    This person must speak English and Spanish fluently.

    Key Responsibilities

    Support the company's digital presence, including website content and social media platforms
    Draft, edit, coordinate and deliver various communication materials and publications, including social media content, news stories, case studies, posters, award entries, newsletters and other communication collateral
    Lead the delivery of specific elements of whole-of-business communication strategy
    Coordinate and manage various marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively
    Conduct regular analysis of marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and adjust accordingly

    Job Requirements

    Minimum of 5 years related marketing experience
    Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
    Excellent data analytical and visualization skills
    Proven experience growing brands
    Strong digital skills across social media and CMS/website development, including being able to learn and leverage tools and technologies for maximum communication impact
    Proactive and strategic problem solver who thrives on change, with a strong bias to action and sense of curiosity and is eager to take ownership of driving growth
    Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts
    Aptitude to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines
    Must have a current passport

    Physical Requirements

    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
    Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at time

    Preferred Education

    Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications or related field

    Additional Information

    Based out of the North American Business Unit in the greater Salt Lake City Utah area (Cottonwood Heights)
    This is a hybrid role with a blend of home and office working opportunities, however, during a period of training and for other business needs there may be times when 100% office work is required
    30-40% domestic and international travel. Travel to Chile 3-4 x's per year, Canada and site visits up to 2 weeks at time
    Ability to work flexibly to support global time zones as needed
