    Description

    ConexED seeks a proactive and creative Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive our brand forward. The ideal candidate will excel in managing multi-channel campaigns and coordinating between full-time and contracted staff members to ensure campaigns are on track and executed correctly. This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee the marketing team, ensuring alignment with our brand objectives and growth targets.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Campaign Development and Management: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing campaigns that effectively promote our products and services. Ensure all campaign phases from conception to analysis are executed flawlessly.
    • Strategy Execution: Plan and execute all campaign phases, including design, scheduling, testing, and deployment of marketing strategies across multiple channels.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of full-time and contract employees, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Provide clear direction and support to ensure team members achieve their goals.
    • Content Creation: Oversee the creation, editing, and production of high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, newsletters, social media, emails, and our website. Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create cohesive and engaging advertising materials that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign results, providing insights and adjusting strategies to maximize effectiveness. Utilize data-driven approaches to refine and improve marketing efforts.
    • Production Oversight: Manage the production of promotional materials, ensuring that all content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
    • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to adjust content and marketing strategies, ensuring our brand remains competitive and innovative.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Manager, Campaign Manager, or similar role in marketing or advertising.
    • Strong understanding of marketing campaign management, content creation, and strategy development.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
    • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of marketing professionals.
    • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
