    Description

    Role: Sr. Lead Developer

    Full-time/Permanent role

    Hybrid Remote (2-3 days a week onsite in NYC)

    Experience with Order Management Systems and/or Execution Management System is required.

    Experience in C#/.NET/Python is required, SQL Server is also needed.

    No 3rd party - Direct Hire only.

    We are looking for a hands-on Lead Developer with strong database and data pipeline development experience. You will work with team members to design and implement end-to-end business solutions for various business teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of 2-3 developers in designing and developing solutions.
    • Work closely with members of the project team and various business and technology stakeholders to understand business problems and current state processes.
    • Responsible for architecture & solution design and implementation.
    • Manage Scrum & backlog for application development.
    • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present results in a clear manner.

    Qualifications:

    • Must demonstrate strong tech lead experience including conducting technical design, product delivery, and resource management skills.
    • 10+ years of software development experience covering all aspects of SDLC.
    • Prior experience working with any of these programming languages - Python, or C#/.Net. Python is a big plus.
    • Prior experience working with MS SQL Server for database design and development.
    • Prior experience working with Snowflake a big plus.
    • Working with common data format and parsing methods: YAML, JSON, CSV, XML
    • Prior experience with any of these Business Intelligence technologies - Tableau, PowerBI, SSRS, Crystal. Tableau a big plus.
    • Experience with Order Management Systems (Aladdin, Charles River) and/or Execution Management System (FlexTrade)
    • Familiarity with DevOps and the tools commonly utilized in this area. Azure DevOps a big plus.
    • Familiarity with enterprise technology tools: Tidal Enterprise Scheduler (or any other scheduling system), Service Now, JIRA, Confluence
    • Prior Asset Management or Financial Services experience is a must.
