• Deep knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) principles, processes, architectures, protocols,patterns, and technologies.
• Must have handson operational experience working with data stewards and product owners.
• Responsible for Analyzing Master Data and identifying trends and patterns that can be used to improve business process and decisionmaking.
• Provide expertise and guidance on MDM best practices and help organizations implement MDM Solutions.
• Extensive experience with market and reference data in the context of capital markets or investment management.
• Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight.
• Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, data quality management and data governance principles is a big plus.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to negotiate and influence critical decisions and work collaboratively with product owners.
