    Products created using DAPS are superior in performance, lower in cost, rapidly customizable to meet mission and customer-specific requirements, faster to market, and scalable on demand to high volume production.

    Divergent is a qualified Tier 1 supplier to global automotive OEMs, and Divergent is now expanding to support mission critical needs in the Aerospace and Defense sector.

    Purpose of Job:

    We are seeking a talented and ambitious Web Application Software Developer to join our team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of full-stack web applications that meet the needs of our clients.

    You will work closely with a team of experienced developers and be given opportunities to grow your skills and knowledge of full-stack web development.

    Essential Job Functions and

    Performance Standards:


    • Assist with the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack web applications.
    • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern web development frameworks such as React or AngularJS
    • Work collaboratively with team members to identify and solve technical challenges.
    • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
    • Work with both front-end and back-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, Typescript, and
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in full-stack web development.
    Requirements:

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field

    Licenses/Certificates:

    Experience:


    • 2+ years experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
    • 2+ years experience in Angular, React and/or
    • 2+ years experience in software development and release management.
    Skills:


    Minimum:

    • Strong understanding of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/Typescript.
    • Familiarity with front frameworks such as React or Angular.
    • Understanding of server-side technologies such as
    • Experience with version control tools such as Git.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Understanding of software testing and quality assurance processes.

    Preferred:

    • Experience working with any of the following: OpenGL/WebGL, database design and development, distributed and parallel systems development.
    $116,600 - $160,325 a year
