Looking for an exciting opportunity in the legal industry? We have the perfect job for you Our team of dedicated professionals is looking for a Case Administrator to work with us on arbitration and mediation cases.


As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging arbitration and mediation cases and contribute to the success of our clients.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support in accordance with the rules and procedures of the AAA and applicable law.

Responsibilities:


  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering arbitration and mediation cases and performing various administrative tasks.
  • You will have the opportunity to showcase your strong problemsolving skills by proactively identifying case management issues and taking appropriate action to resolve them. You will also assist in coordinating, initiating, and administering conference calls and video conferences.

Qualifications:


Education & Experience:

Associates degree in business or related discipline; 2-4 years of relevant work experience (e.g., customer service, case administration, legal environment) or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.


Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as legal files, business correspondence and procedure manuals;

ability to write routine reports and business correspondence; ability to speak effectively, both in person and by telephone, to customers, attorneys, arbitrators, mediators, and coworkers.


Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs; ability to understand
and interpret statistical reports, financial/fee schedules, data charts and graphs.

Technology Skills:
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and web-based case management systems.
