- Prepare timely and complete financial statements monthly and all financial reports needed.
- Provide detailed Inventory Analysis & Forecasting
- Monitors and maintains internal financial controls and accounting policies to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Assesses the effectiveness of accounting and reporting systems and procedures and makes recommendations to improve those systems as needed
- Work effectively with Plant Managers and Supply Chain Managers on forecasts and analyses
- Prepares reports required by regulatory agencies
- 3+ years Accounting Experience
- Team Oriented
- Cost Accounting/Inventory Experience Preferred
- Experience with Commercial Finance preferred
- Strong analytic skills and a desire to be involved in the daily details

Our client is a global manufacturing firm, with a diverse portfolio of products that allows them to continue to dominate their space. The manufacturing firm provides the ability to gain exposure to global finance, and be introduced and work with teams in other countries. The manufacturing firm, due to growth, is in a position to add a Financial Analyst to their finance team. Part of our clients' goal is to re-invest in the Accounting and Finance team, and create a stronger team that can forecast and implement processes.
