The Commercial Finance Manager will be a key player in the manufacturing firm's operations, particularly looking at a specific product and analyzing the information and data supporting it.

The Commercial Finance manager will be overlooking all product cost data, and will work in conjunction with the Controller of the manufacturing firm to create the most efficient process possible.

The Commercial Finance Manager is located in the Allentown, PA area.

Our client is a global manufacturing firm, with a diverse portfolio of products that allows them to continue to dominate their space.

The manufacturing firm provides the ability to gain exposure to global finance, and be introduced and work with teams in other countries.

The manufacturing firm, due to growth, is in a position to add a Financial Analyst to their finance team.

Part of our clients' goal is to re-invest in the Accounting and Finance team, and create a stronger team that can forecast and implement processes.

Prepare timely and complete financial statements monthly and all financial reports needed.
Provide detailed Inventory Analysis & Forecasting
Monitors and maintains internal financial controls and accounting policies to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Assesses the effectiveness of accounting and reporting systems and procedures and makes recommendations to improve those systems as needed
Work effectively with Plant Managers and Supply Chain Managers on forecasts and analyses
Prepares reports required by regulatory agencies
3+ years Accounting Experience
~ Cost Accounting/Inventory Experience Preferred
~ Experience with Commercial Finance preferred
~ Opportunity to work directly with ownership/upper management
Ability to join a large manufacturing company and provide direction/leadership
