Overview:

This position is available remote or hybrid with working locations in Louisville, KY; Allentown, PA or Providence, RI.

Responsibilities:


  • Performs coding assignments with limited guidance.
  • Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions and implement solutions.
  • Skilled in managing problems, presenting solutions, performing root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with Product Analysts, Technical Consultants to provide technical solutions. Able to manage expectations with business and product peers.
  • Extended capabilities to provide full support for Finance and Supply Chain management business operations.
  • Strong Analytical, verbal/written communication, time management, critical thinking, detail oriented, interpersonal, and organizational skills needed.
  • Serving as a Technical Point & Subject Matter Expert (SME) in specific business domains, will be responsible for the successful implementation of technology solutions.
  • Performing technical setups and creating technical design specifications for Finance and Supply Chain Modules listed below Finance and Supply Chain modules, Finance
  • Accounts Payables, Invoice Management, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Billing, Cash Management Supply Chain
  • Inventory Controls, Customer Order Management, Purchase Order Management, EDI
  • Electronic Data Interchange (Hansen), Wearhouse Management and Processing, Contract Management, Strategic Sourcing, Requisition Processing.
  • May be assigned an Electric Utilities emergency and storm role. This is a special assignment that comes into play during storms and other emergencies when the company needs to restore power or respond to other issues affecting customer service. This role may necessitate the need to work afterhours, outside of your normal schedule.
  • The company reserves the right to determine if this position will be assigned to work onsite, remotely, or a combination of both. Assigned work location may change. In the case of remote work, physical presence in the office/onsite may be required to engage in facetoface interaction and coordination of work among direct reports and coworkers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related work experience OR 10+ years of related work experience
  • Significant experience in software development with one or more software languages such as Java, Python etc. In addition C# will be a big plus.


  • INFOR ERP

  • EAM/FSM experience a big plus.
  • Experience in API / Microservices architecture implementation and Cloud
  • Azure App Services
  • Standard development tools
- such as Intellij
- demonstrated experience is a must have.

  • Familiar with the latest technologies, trends, standards, products, and applicability
  • Ability to effectively adapt to rapid technological and business change while maintaining enthusiasm and displaying sound judgment.
  • Strong problem solving and analytics skills to be able to develop technology solutions that solve business problems quickly.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams to unblock critical issues during product development.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in relevant technology/industry areas
  • Ability to collaborate with team members across different functional domains and technologies.
  • Working knowledge in ERP based system.
  • Selfstarter mentality and an ability to spin up, configure development and test environments.
  • Utilities industry experience
  • Excellent interpersonal relations skills
