The business to business Sales Account Manager position is responsible for the acquisition, growth and retention of clients and revenue. A Phase 3 Marketing & Communications Sales Account Manager achieves this by building trusted relationships, identifying needs and providing solutions to our B2B prospects and customers marketing communication challenges. The successful candidate is responsible for generating new sales, identifying and qualifying business opportunities and presenting Phase 3 products to prospects, as well as preparing quotes and leading pitches to close the sale.
Job Responsibilities:

Outbound Email Outreach and Appointment Setting
Prospecting
Capabilities Presentations
Growth, retention and maintenance of B2B clients
Develop strong account relationships and grow existing accounts
Develop expert knowledge of all Phase 3 Marketing & Communications products and services
Achieve revenue targets and quota for new business
Order entry
Forecasting
Quoting
Reporting
Job Requirements:
4-year college degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of agency or print account management experience. Retail experience is a plus.
Ability to close and manage business-to-business accounts
Work well in a very fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
Communicate effectively and work well with others in a team environment
Tremendous relationship building skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Requires both phone and in-person sales skills (phone to set appointments, in-person to present and close)
Flexible working hours
Working knowledge of a PC and Microsoft Office software
