- 5+ years of sales and/or sales engineering experience.

- Live in one of the following metro areas: Minneapolis, MN, Denver, CO, St. Louis, MO or Kansas City, KS.

CommScope is looking to add an Account Manager located in either Denver, CO, Kansas City, KS, Minneapolis, MN, or St. Louis, MO, to support our DAS/Small Cell product set part of the ICN Group (Intelligent Cellular Networks) The region location includes Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, North and South Dakota.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World
Reporting to our VP of Sales, we will look to you to develop and maintain ongoing account relationships with Mobile Network Operators, Neutral Host Service Providers, End customers, installation (contractor) partners, and distribution partners in the region.
Here, you will implement the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying sales leads to coordinating sales activities and resources for solution development and negotiating through the close. This position will be responsible for revenue and demand forecasting, account planning, project planning, meeting planning, and customer inquiry follow-ups to grow financial objectives. The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options and participation in the Company's Sales Incentive Plan.
Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skills, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with outstanding experience and a proven history of successful performance. The Anticipated total compensation range (Sales Incentive Plan & base salary total compensation for this position is $138,000 to $207,000.
