    Pride Health is actively hiring a "Medical Assistant" based in New York, NY The pay range is $20/hr - $23/hr

    Title: Medical Assistant
    Location: New York, NY 10012

    Shift: (9:00am - 5:00pm) OR (08:00 AM to 04:00PM)
    Duration: 13weeks (with the possibility of extension)

    $20 to $23/hr | 05*08

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
    • Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
    • Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
    • Escort patients to exam rooms

    Must have:

    • Medical Assistant certificate
    • BLS from AHA
    • High School Diploma/GED with completion of an approved Medical Assistant certificate course
