The Sales Leader Adventure: Are you ready to step into the spotlight? As our Director of Sales, you'll be the driving force behind our continued expansion journey. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President with plenty of CEO interaction, this is a seat at the leadership table. Your mission? To attract new clients and take our services to unprecedented heights. While you collaborate closely with our service team, your primary focus will be nurturing prospects into loyal clients, while our account management team handles the ongoing excellent service.
Market Opportunity:
We are thrilled to recruit a sales leader to bring our current services to additional clients, focusing on areas of strength, particularly high-volume staffing in non-regulated healthcare nursing, contact center, early career, administrative, and direct care. Historically, ProPivotal has grown largely through transactional sales or through referrals; we now see a significant opportunity to expand to a broader market. We aim to target medium-sized clients situated in Massachusetts within a 30-minute car ride of the ProPivotal office. We value personal interactions and aim to build strong relationships with clients without the need for air travel.
Who We're Looking For: Do you possess business-to-business sales experience in the Greater Boston market? While prior experience in selling staffing services is not necessary, we seek someone who has engaged with the same buyers that utilize staffing services. We deal in services (as opposed to products) and are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of effective collaboration with service teams and significant tenure at a reputable organization.
