- Manage base of UIT clients as Technical Account Manager
- Present products & services to grow revenue in each assigned account
- Respond to client requests in 24 hours or less.
- Schedule, plan and execute BTR's (Business Technology Reviews)
- Act as client's technical accountability partner.
- Steadily improve the BTR process and execution.
- Bring all new client opportunities to internal stakeholders.
- Bring all client project configurations to internal technical team.
- Assist in process development for sales and account management team.
- Engage with Service and Projects to improve execution of IT Services.
- 3+ Years of technical experience in IT fieldwork, related field or IT Account Management.
- Must be a sales-oriented person that excels at managing relationships.
- Must be knowledgeable with VoIP and IT.
- Must be proficient with Office 365
- Ability to manage own time and prioritize tasks on a regular basis.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs. frequently, 50 lbs. occasionally and 50+ lbs. with assistance.

Fisher's is seeking a qualified individual to fill our Technical Account Manager (TAM) position.
