    ABOUT THE ROLE &


    TEAM:


    To better serve our customers in the rapidly changing media and advertising environment, TelevisaUnivision Client Relationship Group has embarked on an aggressive and exciting mission to super-serve our leading advertisers.

    Our mission is to be an integral resource to advertisers, marketers, and agency partners helping them build their business by connecting them with Hispanic consumers.

    The Sales Coordinator will provide full administrative and project support for a few (2-3) SVP/VPs.

    The coordinator will interface with all TelevisaUnivision divisions and manage workflow to ensure process and timelines are adhered to and met.


    YOUR DAY-DAY:
    Meeting coordination and supportPrepare/submit expense reportsCoordinate travel plansAssist in the development of category/client/brand-specific informationPresentation development to include: compilation of audience ratings data, syndicated research resources (AdViews, Kantar Media {formerly TNS}, Competitrack, Salesforce, and Matrix)

    Format Excel spreadsheets and analyze sales/spending dataUtilize internal revenue data base systemsDevelop and maintain:
    client profiles, sales databases, mailing/distribution lists, meeting calendars, shared libraries of all national and regional presentationsImplement Customer Relations Management (CRM) tool SalesforceResearch client and relevant industry news; prepare client backgroundersGeneral administrative assistance, including phone coverage, copying, filing, mail services


    YOU HAVE:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceEnergetic self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)Must be able to manage, multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentStrong internet/research and analytical skillsExceptional collaboration and teamwork skillsWell-organized, disciplined and detail-oriented, flexible with ability to adjust to changing prioritiesMinimum 1 year of marketing experience at a media company, advertising agency, or marketing companyBilingual (English/Spanish) encouraged but not mandatory


    ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:


    Must be willing to work from an office in New York, NYEmployment/education will be verifiedApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basisExact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

    Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S.

    locations that would be applicable to the position.


    Salary Range:
    $45,000- $57,500 + Benefits
