- Experience in biomedical experiments.
- Experience with genomic assays such ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, Cut&Run.
- Experience with DNA and RNA In situ hybridization
- Demonstrated experience in biochemical and imaging experiments such as qPCR, wester blotting, cell viability assays, cell sorting, and confocal microscopy.
- Demonstrated experience in managing mouse colonies and conducting engraftment experiments.
- Demonstrated experience in cloning, primer construct, genome editing.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a rapidly evolving team.
- Excellent time management, good oral and written communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in biomedical experiments.

Job Responsibilities
Research Specialist B:
A success full Lab Manager candidate will be responsible for:1) Conducting day-to-day management of the laboratory, including research space, tissue culture room, and research equipment, 2) Providing technical support for all aspects of individual projects. 3) Overseeing the ordering of research supplies 4) Training lab members in safety protocols and proper research techniques and use of equipment. 5) Working closely with the lab Principal Investigator (Dr. Faryabi) to oversee the conduct of laboratory activities carried out by the lab members. 6) Conduct in-vivo and in-vitro experiments related to cancer epigenomic research.

In addition to the above, the C level Research Specialist is required to have the following qualifications:
