    We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Salesforce Coordinator to join our team and support our Salesforce administration needs.


    Responsibilities:


    Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and support requests from the Sales team, and triage accordingly.

    Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce applications and functionalities.

    Collaborate with various departments to understand their Salesforce needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives.

    Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making.

    Conduct regular data quality checks and cleanup activities to ensure accuracy and integrity of Salesforce/Pardot data.

    Provide training and support to users on Salesforce best practices, workflows, and processes.


    Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and updates through Release Readiness webinars and Trailhead modules, and make recommendations for enhancements or optimizations.

    Assist in the evaluation and implementation of third-party Salesforce integrations and applications.

    Assist with Salesforce Campaign setup, management of Campaign Members and end user Campaign metrics/reporting

    Support and collaborate with the Salesforce team in managing user permissions, profiles, and security settings.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security concepts.

    Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues independently.

    Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).

    Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.

    Familiarity with Pardot (a plus).

    Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
