    The Sales Operations Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to our national account managers, sales ops, and billing teams. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for internal colleagues and external clients alike, by handling orders, maintaining advertising calendars, updating records, pursuing requests, and assembling accurate reports. The goal is to facilitate the sales team's activities so as to maximize their performance and support the long-lasting development of the company.

    Responsibilities


    • Coordinating sales activities by managing schedules, filing important documents, updating records, and communicating relevant information


    • Compiling and updating client information in our customer relationship management (CRM) system


    • Maintaining accurate records of campaign details, creative assets, advertising specifications, and processes


    • Processing client orders for digital, television, and radio advertising campaigns with accuracy and timeliness


    • Maintaining up-to-date advertising calendars to inform our sales team of advertising inventory status and availability


    • Informing clients of unforeseen delays or problems and following up with them to obtain necessary assets for advertisement trafficking


    • Creating accurate reports to keep clients and national account managers informed of sales performance


    • Monitoring department progress, identifying shortcomings, and proposing improvements


    • Acting as the liaison between clients and company teams ensuring clients' requirements are met


    • Working within deadlines, both independently and as part of the sales team in collaboration with other company teams


    • Handling administrative assignments from management


    • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude and excellent time management skills with both internal and external clients


    • Other duties as may be assigned

    Requirements


    • Degree or certification in sales or related fields.


    • Aptitude in problem-solving and ability to handle the stress of unexpected challenges in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment.


    • Well-organized and proficient at data entry with a superior attention to detail and accuracy


    • Professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills


    • A team player and self-motivated with a high standard for work product


    • Technical skills; intermediate to advanced level of experience with MS Office, Google Docs, and digital collaboration tools (Wrike, Slack, etc.)


    • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other similar positions will be considered a plus
