    The position of Banking Solutions Operations Coordinator involves providing vital administrative support to the Banking Solutions Operations team, acting as the main contact for the Bank's retention program. Key responsibilities include maintaining records, managing retention rules within software systems, and collaborating with various departments for seamless operations. The Coordinator will also undergo training across different areas to ensure comprehensive support across teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain records in alignment with company retention policies.
    • Monitor policies and assist in implementing procedural changes.
    • Act as the primary contact for document imaging systems.
    • Coordinate with external vendors for document retrieval.
    • Generate reports from banking systems.
    • Perform administrative tasks.
    • Provide back-up support across different Operations areas.
    • Perform any other duties as necessary.
    Qualifications
    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • Prior administrative experience necessary; banking background preferred.
    • Familiarity with specific software applications preferred.
    • Physical capabilities for lifting and prolonged activity.
    • Strong communication and PC skills essential.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Self-motivated with attention to detail.
