I'm 58 years old, have worked in Logistics with Koch Industries, built a large gas trading business for Goldman Sach Wall Street, and Have owned and operated 3 Gourmet coffee franchised.  Started an Ebay drop store business (3 locations), started outdoor overstock retail and e-commerce business for 8 years. Started an energy consulting and clearing firm, sold it, and stayed on for 1 year as managing director. Have done consulting and marketing for several energy companies.  In the last 5 years I have built a commercial business for Medallion Midstream, taking their $70 EBITDA in 2018 to $190MM in 2022.  My commercial division alone increased EBITDA from $1MM in 2018 to $32MM in 2022. Have decided I'm ready for a new opportunity.  Medallion has asked that I stay on full-time consulting until March of 2023.

Had a consulting firm for energy companies, Most recently have spent the last 5 years building a commercial business for Medallion, taking our EBITDA from $70MM to 190MM in 5 years.  My commercial group alone took our EBITDA from 1MM in 2018 to $32MM in 2022.  I am ready for new adventure, but Medallion has asked and I have agreed to stay on full time consulting through  Mid March 2023.

Kansas State University, BS Business Administration/Marketing. Optimizing the Medallion assets was a great education in driving EBITDA, Reducing Opex and Capex as well as structuring transactions that created $422MM of NVP over the next 10-30 years.

Having built the Urban Campout, a kids venue for indoor overnight campouts, with a 10,000 Square foot panoramic floor of a building I owned was a great education on giving kids what they want.  It was a huge success with camp counselors, games, pizza, and more.
