    OVERVIEW:

    The purpose of the Operations Coordinator position is to support day-to-day warehouse operations by working with team leaders, managers, and department heads to meet logistical needs, customer expectations and ensure the smooth operation of the department.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:

    • Maintain RF Scanners with a consistent amount of approved sales orders for warehouse associates to work without downtime.
    • Oversee all international shipping.
    • Coordinate/schedule shipping pickups with freight carriers.
    • Generate all required shipping documentation.
    • Maintain batching of processed orders.
    • Identify inventory discrepancies prior to releasing sales orders to RF Scanners.
    • Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategical plan for improvements.
    • Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
    • Prioritize conflicting needs; handle tasks and requests expeditiously and proactively; and follow though on projects to successful completion.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Adequate experience in warehouse operations required.
    • Working knowledge of ERP and WMS Systems. Experience with SAP Business One preferred.
    • Work well both independently and in a team atmosphere.
    • Solid computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to coordinate multiple schedules.
    • Highly organized with an aptitude for problem-solving.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
