    Description


    Job Description$25 hour Plus CommisionWe are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience from talent sourcing, prescreening and initial onboarding.

    Source and recruit candidates by using company's databaseScreen candidates' resumes and job applicationsConduct prescreens using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter qualified candidatesAssess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesMonitor and apply HR recruiting best practicesProvide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the teamAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process and throughout contractCommunicate daily with clientsPromote company's reputation as 'best place to work'RequirementsBachelor Degree (preferred)Proven work experience as a RecruiterHands on experience with various selection processes (Phone interviewing, reference check, etc)Hands-on experience with recruiting software (i.e.

    Zoho Recruit, TSS, Salesforce, etc)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong work ethic and autonomySelf-motivated, self-starter and takes initiativeBenefitsJob TypeFull-timeExperienceRelevant to duties 2 years (Preferred)Work LocationWoodland Hills, CA.
