Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or related Human Resources background
  • Twos years of direct recruitment experience in the field
  • Familiar with all variety of recruitment practices
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of management.
  • Excellent organizational, problemsolving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to independently manage priorities and workflow.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Healthcare Recruiter aspect of recruitment including:

  • Responsible for Full Cycle recruitment of healthcare professionals
  • Regularly reports to Head of HR with weekly progress updates
  • Regularly partners with hiring manager to anticipate and plan for provider staffing needs in advance of required start date.
  • Makes recommendations regarding recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.
  • Followup with applicants regarding their applicant status.
  • Post job requisitions following approved budgets to both internal and external websites.
  • Screen applicants as well as conduct phone and inperson interviews to ensure applicants meet licensing, certification, education and experience requirements.
  • Creates and sends internal status change letters to employees.
  • Manages relationships with external agencies and vendors who advertise and promote targeted jobs.
  • Establish an effective talent acquisition strategy to build a world class team.
  • Other duties may be assigned, as required.
