Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or related Human Resources background
- Twos years of direct recruitment experience in the field
- Familiar with all variety of recruitment practices
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with all levels of management.
- Excellent organizational, problemsolving, and analytical skills
- Ability to independently manage priorities and workflow.
- Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Healthcare Recruiter aspect of recruitment including:
- Responsible for Full Cycle recruitment of healthcare professionals
- Regularly reports to Head of HR with weekly progress updates
- Regularly partners with hiring manager to anticipate and plan for provider staffing needs in advance of required start date.
- Makes recommendations regarding recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.
- Followup with applicants regarding their applicant status.
- Post job requisitions following approved budgets to both internal and external websites.
- Screen applicants as well as conduct phone and inperson interviews to ensure applicants meet licensing, certification, education and experience requirements.
- Creates and sends internal status change letters to employees.
- Manages relationships with external agencies and vendors who advertise and promote targeted jobs.
- Establish an effective talent acquisition strategy to build a world class team.
- Other duties may be assigned, as required.
