    Job Function:
    The Regional Sales Manager
    • Equipment Trailers is responsible for growing revenue and supportingprofitable growth strategies by optimizing sales distribution of our client's complete Equipment Trailer (ET)product line and associated options & accessories within their assigned sales territory.
    The position willbe responsible for development and management of a Dealer distribution network that supportsmeeting/exceeding Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets. This position will cover the Northeast Region ofthe United States. The position will be based in a remote office location that is near a large metropolitanarea and international airport.

    States included in the Northeast Region include Ohio & Pennsylvania(subject to change based upon the employee"s location and other factors).


    Essential Functions:
    1. Primary Responsibilitiesa. Develop and maintain a strong network of contracted Dealers within assigned sales territory.b.

    Execute Dealer Sales and Service Agreement and ensure ongoing management of associatedMinimum Stocking Quantities, Performance Standards and Dealer Incentive Programs.c.

    Manage all assigned Dealer"s ET stock inventory levels to optimize the Production Schedule andensure the business unit consistently meets / exceeds its monthly and annual sales goals.d.

    Collect and disseminate all competitive & market intelligence to support pricing decisions andstrategic decisions related to New Product Development (NPD) programs.2.

    Responsible for the preparation, management and regular updating of accurate sales forecasts.3.

    Possess and apply expert level knowledge of our client's entire product-line to support the Dealer"smarketing and sale of ETs to targeted customers and applications.4.

    Participate in industry Trade Shows to generate interest in our client from potential Dealers.5. Perform additional duties as assigned by management or required by the position.


    Job RequirementsDetails:
    Qualifications/Requirements:1. Must possess an Bachelor"s degree in a related field and 5-8 years of sales/marketing experience.2. Equipment Tailer Industry Knowledge required.3. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs; including Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.5. Experience establishing and managing a Dealer distribution network (preferably within the equipmenttrailer industry).6. Direct sales experience in related fields including semitrailers and/or utility trailers.7. Must have a valid driver"s license, insurable driving record, and reliable transportation for requiredtravel (50-70%).
