    Role Summary

    This role will provide first-response support to associates for all AV equipment related issues, as well as assisting the Director of Technology with new hire orientation & setup assistance. This role will also partner with our outsourced IT resource to address in-office IT needs.

    What You Will Do

    • Partner with outsourced IT resource to set up new computers.
    • Conduct troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Conduct audio and video setups for public programs and meetings (all things AV equipment related).
    • Maintain and/or develop step-by-step procedural documentation.
    • Provide IT orientation assistance for new employees.
    • Manage hardware inventory system.
    • Support business-related smartphone use (including MFA and all applications).
    • Assist in ad hoc IT related projects as directed.

    What You Will Bring

    • Technical school degree/certificate, including Microsoft certifications
    • 2+ years of experience providing operating system and standard office application support including installation and troubleshooting/resolution of software-related errors
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365, OSX, iOS, and Android technology
