• Current RN License.
• At least an associate degree
• Proven experience in a leadership role in a home health setting
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing home health agencies.
• Strong experience with Texas Health & Human Services Survey/ Plan of Correction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• Proficient in computer systems and software used in healthcare.
• Oversee the daily operations and management of the home health agency.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Strong knowledge of new client's admission process and procedure.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to clients.
• Coordinate with other medical professionals, such as physicians, and nurses, to ensure proper healthcare services are provided.
• Implement an effective budgeting and accounting system that promotes the health and safety of the agency's clients.
• Handle resident complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in developing and implementing client care plans.
