    Service Sales Consultant - Print Services

    The role of the Service Sales Consultant is to showcase, demonstrate, negotiate, and deliver a range of services and solutions to Stargel Office Solutions clients. This position involves identifying business opportunities, building an account pipeline, and generating new revenue, while surpassing activity and Gross Profit targets. Services provided include office printing equipment repair, maintenance, toner, and replacement.

    This opportunity within the office technology industry at Stargel Office Solutions, a well-established company, offers a base salary along with uncapped commission, 401K, and medical & dental benefits for the right candidate.

    Position includes:

    • $40,000 base salary plus commission
    • First year earnings with commissions ranging from $55,000 to $75,000
    • Comprehensive benefits package including Medical and Dental coverage, 401K plan, Paid Time Off, and more

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Contact Management System, and video-based selling strategies preferred
    • Ability to create value with Executive level & IT decision makers
    • Experience in analyzing customer needs to develop innovative strategies for acquiring new enterprise accounts
    • Resourceful, creative, quick learner
    • Self-motivated, team player
    • Organized and able to prioritize effectively

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and qualify new clients within assigned territory or vertical market
    • Create sales proposals demonstrating cost savings for clients
    • Drive additional sales opportunities through prospecting and sales cycle
    • Close net new accounts and achieve sales targets
    • Lead RFPs/RFIs and respond proactively
    • Utilize business intelligence on prospects to enhance sales calls and solution presentations
    • Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs continually
    • Design enterprise solutions strategically using price systems and configurations
    • Maintain awareness of each account's purchase plans and objectives
    • Exceed Gross Profit targets for new business accounts
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key internal resources for successful customer collaboration
