Currently, we are seeking a highly enthusiastic, mission-minded individual who wants to set their lives up for success and achieve their goals as well as make a difference in the lives of others RW Supply and Design is continuing to develop the North Carolina territory by hiring an Outside Dealer Sales Consultant.
As a Dealer Sales Consultant, you will be tasked to establish relationships, set up displays, and grow business with brick-and-mortar retail flooring and design centers selling our retailer-exclusive brand of floors as well as other categories of flooring, including sundry items for installation.

In this role, you must be able to strategically be efficient in the field and structure daily calls and visits that promote growth and maximize face time with clients.
Those activities include:
- Negotiating sales, winning customers
- Work in the field calling on flooring retail stores traveling the local area daily
- No cubicle life here
- Utilize our CRM Software system to record visits and daily activities.
- Problemsolving for customers
- Prospecting new accounts
- Continued development of a newly established territory
- Set up displays with samples in showrooms.
- Provide product knowledge seminars to train customers on our products and get displays placed in the showrooms.
The job will be a base salary plus commission with a bonus structure as well as an incentive to increase your base salary by hitting obtainable sales goals.

Pay:
Starting at $50,000 a year + Commission. Those successful in this role at the three-year mark should be making over $100,000.00.
