Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective customer engagement and relationship building.
Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Analyze sales data to develop strategies for increasing sales
- Manage and grow existing accounts through regular communication and account management
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Conduct outside sales visits to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical sales or a related field
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to drive sales strategies
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in account management and outside sales is preferred

Pay:
$100, $150,000.00 per year
Compensation package:
- 1099 contract
- Bonus opportunities
- Commission only
- Commission pay
- Monthly bonus
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Houston, TX 77060: Relocate before starting work (required)
