Job Summary:
Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Showcase vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Provide information on pricing, warranties, financing options, and incentives
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain customer relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall sales goals
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions
- Ability to market vehicles effectively to potential buyers
- Proficiency in retail math for pricing and discounts
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for diverse customer base
- Familiarity with sales software for tracking leads and sales progress
- Strong organizational skills to manage customer information and sales documentation
- Experience in providing sales support to customers throughout the buying process
- Effective public speaking skills for presentations and customer interactions
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to close deals
- Strong negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements
