Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Showcase vehicle features and conduct test drives
  • Provide information on pricing, warranties, financing options, and incentives
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Follow up with potential leads and maintain customer relationships
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall sales goals

Skills:


  • Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions
  • Ability to market vehicles effectively to potential buyers
  • Proficiency in retail math for pricing and discounts
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus for diverse customer base
  • Familiarity with sales software for tracking leads and sales progress
  • Strong organizational skills to manage customer information and sales documentation
  • Experience in providing sales support to customers throughout the buying process
  • Effective public speaking skills for presentations and customer interactions
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to close deals
  • Strong negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements
