Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Agent to join our team. As an Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to promote and sell products or services. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Duties:


  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
  • Provide sales support to customers throughout the purchasing process
  • Utilize sales techniques to upsell products or services
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide information
  • Utilize software systems to manage customer interactions

Experience:


  • Proven experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong public speaking and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and outbound sales strategies
  • Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette
  • Familiarity with software systems for managing customer relationships

Pay:
$100, $150,000.00 per year


Experience level:

  • No experience needed

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
  • Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay
  • Monthly bonus
