    STAFFING - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Hybrid)


    FUNCTION:
    Generate sales to contribute to the branch's overall revenue, gross profit, and net profit.


    REPORTS TO:
    Owner/Strategic-Partner and/or Branch Manager

    WHAT IS THE BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB?

    Generate temporary service sales by developing new client relationships.

    Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales, gross margin, and profit targets.

    Foster relationships with new clients.

    Maintain relationships at the critical decision-maker level with high potential accounts.

    EDUCATION AND/


    OR EXPERIENCE:
    Bachelor's Degree is preferred but can be substituted for similar experience.

    H.S. Diploma or GED is required of all employees.

    One plus year experience in outside sales.

    Experience selling to all levels of staff at corporate clients.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Excellent computer skills with Google Drive, MS Office and various other softwares.


    LANGUAGE SKILLS:
    Must be able to communicate English fluently in writing and verbally. Spanish is a PLUS

    Ability to read, analyze and interpret procedures outlined in company policies.

    Ability to write reports and business correspondence.

    Ability to effectively respond to questions or complaints from managers, clients, employees and the general public.


    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

    Basic math skills, including:
    addition, subtraction, division and percentages.


    REASONING ABILITY:
    Ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgement and discretion according to company policies and to ensure profitability.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
    This is a desk job and no manual labor is required. However, limited physical demands incidental to an office environment will be incurred. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions.


    The physical demands include:
    Ability to perform frequent/constant sedentary work for up to 10 hours.

    Walking occasionally 0 – 3 hours.

    Ability to operate a computer.

    Ability to occasionally lift 0 – 15 pounds.

    Ability to occasionally squat at the knees and bend at the waist for miscellaneous office tasks, such as filing.

    This is a sales role, if KPI's and goals are not met you will receive a 2 week probation period and will be let go if numbers are not increased or met.


    Base Salary Range:
    $40-60K + BENEFITS + COMMISSION
