Business Development Manager, Miami
Development of new business consistently meets and exceeds quarterly and annual targets.
Understand competitive solutions and the company's differentiators
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the HOA Industry
Average Deal Size:
$80k+
This role allows one to be remote but must have the flexibility to travel throughout your state up to 30% of the time
About You:
3+ years of B2B consultative sales experience
You have experience selling into HOAs, community associations, condos and strata corporations
Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
Previous sales process & methodology
