    Franchise Development Manager

    East Coast - Remote

    $120,000 base + incredible commission

    To help maintain this ethos they are looking for an experienced Franchise Development Manager to join their team


    Key Responsibilities:
    Recruiting highly capable franchisees ideal for multi-unit franchise development
    Use leads generated from networks and other channels
    Create a positive experience for franchisees
    Negotiate terms with franchisees
    Abide by all state, federal, and local laws pertaining to franchise sales & disclosure information

    Key Requirements:
    Flexibility to travel around the US
    Experience with franchisees is an absolute must
    Experience in a similar role
    Experience within hospitality/catering
    Qualifications in the relevant field
    Excellent communication skills
