Nursing Manager RN

Sign-on bonus: $Emergency Department

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm with 24/7 responsibility

Travel, PRN, Short-Term Option, etc.). Manage activities, workflow and nursing resources of assigned nursing unit(s).
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for self and within the unit(s).
Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services for the assigned unit(s).
Develop and implement policies and procedures to guarantee efficient and effective delivery of health

services in the unit(s).

Develop and maintain quality monitoring systems for the assigned unit(s).
Conduct hiring, training, directing, counseling, development and evaluating of staff.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

5 years of experience working in an Emergency Department setting preferred.

Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement.
