Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the organization's mission and objectives
- Lead and manage all operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the community
- Provide senior leadership and guidance to staff members
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth
- Direct process improvement initiatives to enhance organizational performance
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, clients, and partners
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Manage projects from conception to completion
Experience:
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as an Executive Director or similar position
- Strong background in strategic planning, business development, and operations management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and managing stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in project management and process improvement techniques
Pay:
$85, $100,000.00 per year
